Manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan merupakan aspek strategis dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tidak hanya berperan sebagai pelaksana proses belajar mengajar, tetapi juga sebagai penggerak utama dalam pengelolaan administrasi, layanan, serta pengembangan budaya sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep, fungsi, dan implementasi manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam konteks peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, yang menyoroti perencanaan, rekrutmen, pengembangan profesional, penilaian kinerja, serta pemberdayaan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen yang efektif mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, meningkatkan motivasi, serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang terintegrasi dan berbasis kompetensi menjadi kunci dalam mewujudkan sistem pendidikan yang berkualitas, adaptif, dan relevan dengan tuntutan generasi masa depan.
